OFFICE:  Harmony Beach apparel, pint glasses and maps are for sale in the office. There are books, games, puzzles and movies available in the office for guest use. Our staff is available to meet your needs.  Let us know if you forgot an item.  We will do our best to assist you.

DOCK HOUSE:  Full dock service is provided which includes fish cleaning/packaging.

CHECK-IN 4PM & CHECK OUT 9AM:   No Exceptions Our staff needs the time and space to clean and to provide maintenance on our 17 rental units, rental boats and communal areas.  We need ALL guests to adhere to the scheduled times as we need every minute to prepare for your arrival. We are known for paying attention to detail and strive to provide impeccably clean cabins for you to enjoy.  When you arrive, after 4pm, please stop in front of the office.  Staff will greet you outside and answer any questions you may have.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY:  Special arrangements need to be made in advance if you would like a visitor to come for part of the day.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:  Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, sheets, pillows, blankets, comforters, toilet paper, garbage bags, coffee filters, dish soap. ***If you are bringing a pet you will need to bring your own blankets/comforters.  Sheets will be provided.

  • VILLAS & BAY VIEW LODGE: kitchen towels, bath towels and hand soap ARE provided.
  • CABINS: kitchen towels, bath towels, and hand soap are NOT provided.

VILLAS:  MINIMUM NIGHTLY STAY
All Season:  (May 14th-October 8th): *3 night minimum required.

CABINS AND BAY VIEW LODGE: MINIMUM NIGHTLY STAY
Prime Season: 
(May 28th-August 20th): *Weekly rentals only (Saturday to Saturday).

Early/Late Season: (May 14th-27th and after August 20th-October 8th): *3 night minimum required.

Camping:  There is no overnight or weekly camping at Harmony Beach Resort.  All seasonal camping sites are filled.

Additional Person Charge:
$25 per day for each additional person over the base rate. Children 5 and under stay for free in the Cabins, Villas, and Bay View Lodge.

Pets:
We understand that dogs are a part of your family, that’s why dogs are allowed with permission in our cabins only.  Dogs are not allowed in the Villas, the Bay View Lodge or the Office.  We do not allow other pets (i.e. cats, birds etc.). We will ask you to sign a pet contract. Please bring vet/health documentation in case of an emergency.

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outdoors, even well-behaved ones, as not everyone is fond of pets. A shock collar is not considered a leash. We expect the owners to clean up after their pets inside and outside of the cabin. During your stay, there may be times when you are out and your dog wants to stay in, you will need to crate your dog during these times.  We do not allow pets to be left free-roaming in the cabin or to be tied up outside while you are away.  In the crate or with you are the only options. Absolutely no dogs are allowed on the furniture or on the beds. Please bring their beds and their blankets for their comfort.  Be sure to rinse off sandy/muddy dog paws and dry off wet dogs before entering your cabin.  If you find that you need special cleaning supplies during your stay, please let us know. Harmony Beach Resort does not assume any liability for your dog’s actions while on resort grounds.  You are financially responsible for damage caused by your pet. The pet fee is $25 daily/$175 weekly per pet. There is a maximum of 2 dogs per cabin. Please bring your own blankets/comforters for your cabin.  Sheets, pillows, and pillow cases will be provided. Pets are only allowed inside the cabin that the pet fee is charged to.

Smoking:
All of our rentals are non-smoking.  Smokers are very welcome.  However, in consideration of future guests, please smoke outside.  Ash pails are provided.

Quiet Time (9pm-9am):  

No Fireworks: Fireworks are not allowed on the premises.

Methods of Payment:  We accept cash, checks and credit cards.  There is a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit cards.

Deposits:
A deposit of $350 is required for Cabins/Villas and a $1,000 deposit is required for the Bay View Lodge.
A deposit of $200 is required for boat rentals.  If you are staying at another resort, the boat must be paid in full at the time of the booking.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your cabin, villa, or lodge reservation and/or boat rental, your deposit will be refunded (less a 15% handling fee) if the reservation dates/boat rental is filled. Deposits cannot be rolled to the current year or to the next year.

Boat Docking:
Each Cabin/Villa rental includes one boat slip.  Bay View Lodge includes 2 boat slips. Additional boat slips are $25 daily/$150 weekly (if available).  Each boat slip has an electrical outlet for your charging needs.  Gas, bait and ice are available for purchase at the dock house.  Fish cleaning/packaging is provided.  A tip for our dock attendants is appreciated at the end of your stay.
