We are a seasonal resort that opens doors with the Minnesota Fishing Opener and closes down in early fall each year:
Opener = May 8th*
Prime Season = May 23rd through August 14th
Saturday-to-Saturday Weekly Cabin Rentals Only During Prime Season
We prioritize our boat rental opportunities for weekly use during prime season. However, as we get closer to actual dates, we do open up any remaining boats for daily rentals.
Close = October 3rd*
*3 Night Minimums For Cabin Rentals Are Available During The Early & Late "Non-Prime" Season. Daily Boat Rentals Are Also Available During These Timeframes.

Cancellation Policy
Since we are a small family resort that books well in advance of stays, we must enforce a strict cancelation policy. If you must cancel your trip for any reason, a deposit refund (less a 15% processing fee) will only be granted if we can rebook your unit. If we are unable to rebook your cabin, villa, or boat during the same dates, we are unable to refund any portion of the deposit. Our only other option would be if you would want to move your reservation to a different time period within the same year; we can then bounce the deposit over to that stay. We cannot move deposits from one year to any future years.

E-check/ACH bank transfers are free, and we also accept checks & cash.
Deposit Policy
A 33% Deposit is required to secure and confirm a reservation on all cabins, villas, and boats. The remaining balance for your lodging and/or boat rental will be due when you Check-in.
Note: We are happy to setup a tab for you during your stay regarding gas, bait, and other resort purchases. Just grab what you need from the Dock Crew, and those balances can be settled up on the day prior to your departure.
